Below are the many discriminations against biological women from a male-dominated society (patriarchy):
WOMEN ONLY SPACES
Biological women (straight or lesbian) only in:
- Women's Hospital wards
- Women's Sports
- Women's toilets
- Women's changing rooms in gyms
- Women's locker rooms in sports
- Women's clothes fitting rooms in shops
- Women's book clubs (Muslims only)
- Women's prisons
- Women's domestic refuges.
- Women's mental health and substance mis-use support centres.
- Women's Centres.
- Disabled / elderly woman’s / girl's right to turn down intimate care from anyone male (including Trans).
NOT SEGREGATION
This does not make Trans 2nd class citizens, as they will get their own facilities / safe spaces, which is not segregation, as it is not between men and women.
Equal pay would be equal pay for same work.
All women shortlists for MP candidates, would not happen with our party, as MP's would be
co-chaired / shadowed, whether men or women.
BIOLOGICAL DEFINITION OF WOMEN
As defined by Equality and Human Rights Commission, by current Tory possible change of law to amend the definition of sex under the Equality Act, by changing official wording from just "sex" to "biological sex"
SEPARATE HIGH SCHOOL SCHOOL CLASSES FOR LESBIAN GIRLS AND TRANS BOYS who identify as women, from each other and from straight children
- About relationships.
- No sex education, replaced by budget going for Control Freak lessons, to prevent murder and the Control Freak's suicide from him being in family life.
ENSURE FRONTLINE HEALTH AND SOCIAL
CARE PROFESSIONALS
- Get training to understand and meet needs of LGBT patients and service users.
HATE CRIME
- LGBT hate crime to be an aggravated offence.
TRANS TO HAVE THEIR OWN FACILITIES
- Own specialist services to NHS mental health and physical wellbeing separately for straight, Trans and Lesbians.
- Specialist support group for Trans survivor of domestic abuse.
- Trans-only spaces.
- Trans only sports.
- Trans sections of men's and women's prisons.
- Not warden in a women’s or girls’ nor men's hostel, but in a specialist Trans hostel.
- By an ethos of ‘led-by-and-for ’ to meet the distinct needs of each protected group without violating the rights of either group.
- Specialist services for men, women, lesbian women, black and minoritised women, and trans people.
