Never lose access to UK NHS 

  • Brit Expats in Europe to keep access to free UK NHS back in UK or NHS paying for British citizens' medical care in public health hospitals in Europe, if not already free for UK pensioners living in Europe. 

  • Exempt British citizens of working age, living in Europe, from UK taxes on UK private medical insurance to cover cost of medical repatriation back to UK.

  • Free NHS UK GP online video appointments for British Citizens permanently resident abroad in Europe.

  • Day care (for respite) for old parents living with you in Europe, with English paid carers employed by UK NHS. Day centres are places for older people to take part in activities, catch up with friends and have lunch or a cup of tea.

  • Free Care Homes  / Assisted Living extra care homes, under UK NHS for elderly British citizens in Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Greece, Holland (Netherlands), Italy, Portugal and Spain, with English paid carers for English / Celt cultural people or locals for returning local elderly people with British citizenship, employed by UK NHS, including walled Dementia villages as done in Holland. 

  • Work towards current Brit Expats in Europe able to return to UK to live in Free UK NHS nursing care homes, with 24 hour nurses on site, to give medical care, for such as advanced Dementia.  

  • Work towards current Brit Expats in Europe able to return to Free UK NHS funded pensioner Assisted Living (extra-care housing), which provides your self-contained flat, with your own front door, with staff available up to 24 hours per day to provide personal care and support services.
    These are tailored to you and can include help with washing, dressing, going to the toilet and taking medication.
    Domestic help, such as shopping and laundry, and meals may also be provided. (Age UK). 

  • Around one third of Brit Expats living in Europe are over 65.
