CONDITION OF UK FOREIGN AID FUNDING 

• Foreign Aid to each country to demand in return for the funding, women’s equality and robust education, prevention and laws against FGM to women and girls. 

• Target Foreign Aid not only to governments of poor countries, but to direct aid where worked the best. 

• Department for International Development not to have private contractors, but
direct-employed staff. 

• To help rebuild in nations where UK involved in war, bombing the nation, then sub contract to private contractors, who keep to UK standards of workers’ and human rights, and environment care.

• Tighten the rules governing corporate accountability for workers’ rights abuses in global supply chains. Child Labour etc. 

WAY TO GET BASIC INCOME ABROAD WITHOUT RELIANCE ON GOVERNMENT 

• Promote globally, a dividend from mined resources to each adult citizen of a poor country, as done in Alaska. At least enough for basic needs. Paid income tax free. 

• A right to food in poorest countries from mineral resources wealth, either from national government mined resources or mined by foreign companies. 

• For no international body to get in the way of poor countries financing from mineral resources, hygienic and good quality social housing, public sanitation and safe drinking water. Prevents epidemics. 

• Establish a Centre for Universal Health Coverage (UHC), providing partnerships, support and encouragement to countries that want UHC, helping them to generate the funding and systems required for its delivery. Try in India first? 

WAY TO END PANDEMICS COMING FROM THIRD WORLD 

• Invest in new public-health driven research and development to find effective and affordable treatments and vaccines for diseases in the developing world, including fighting present and future pandemics, TB, malaria, HIV/ AIDS and neglected tropical diseases. These medicines and vaccines might be firstly manufactured in UK state run drug company. 

FORBID AUSTERITY WORLDWIDE 

• Forever end governments doing austerity, by their decision or the decision of any international body. 

• Forever end governments having to privatise, selling off public, government 

direct-employed services, from any international body. 

• Care about pack animals and promote better education to users of pack animals in building works funded by UK Foreign Aid. 

DISCUSS EU DEBT FORGIVENESS 

• Support calls for EU government to forgive EU debt for all of their southern and eastern European EU member states. So those countries can recover from pandemic global recession. 

• Support calls for end of austerity ever again in any recession.
