• Re-open / new build all closed down Libraries.

• Fully fund Libraries.

• Re-introduce library standards, with professional Librarians, direct-employed staff.

• Re-open or have mobile libraries in villages.

• Update with free wi-fi and superfast broadband connected computers in Libraries.

• Provide in each Library such books as:

• Ragged Trousered Philanthropists, by Robert Tressell.

• Frederick Engels, Conditions of the working class in England.

• Marx Communist Manifesto and Das Kapital.

• Animal Farm, by George Orwell

• For whom the bell tolls, by Ernest Hemingway

• The booklets by WE PAID IN, YOU PAY OUT pension group, to show the reality of the misery of pension age rise.
