As Scottish military still funded by England, saves those men and women from going to fight in any foreign war. Minimum budget.

DIRECT FERRY AND FREIGHT SHIPPING LINK FROM SCOTLAND TO EUROPE

Direct Port of Rosyth (Fife, Scotland) to Dunkirk (France) ferry and freight shipping link.
Removing trucks from road to sea will lead to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of Scotland to Europe freight.
Currently Scotland must be serviced daily from Southern ports which creates a huge carbon footprint. Most trucks are running 400 miles round trip to drop trailers off and collect loaded trailers bound for central Scotland.
Not a Freeport (abolished throughout the UK by our policy) but kept as Green port, with green jobs.
Nationalised ferry service.
Government (UK and Scotland) funding for Rosyth port infrastructure and to start and run the ferry service. Charter of passenger rights.
