• Give football supporters greater say in how their clubs are run. 

• Make law for accredited supporters trusts to appoint and remove at least two club directors and to purchase shares when clubs change hands. 

• Review fan participation in sports governance more widely. 

• All football and other sporting events to have full disabled access. 

• Ensure Premier League invest part of their television rights income into sports academies, to train up next generation of players and coaches, and to improve facilities and pitches of small sports clubs, including women’s football and other sporting teams. 

• End access of ticket-touts to vastly inflate sporting tickets. 

• Implement the recommendations of the Waterson Review to ensure fair opportunities for fans to buy tickets. 

• Enforce anti-bot legislation. 

• Put at least the highlights of sporting events on Freeview television. 

• Put women’s sports equally on television, subscription and Freeview.
